Fair Shake, LLC was Co-founded by Family Law Attorneys Wayne doane and wendy hatch in 2021.
Fair Shake was founded to Fundamentally change the method of supervised visitations.
We provide a safe and supportive environment for parents to have supervised visitations with their Children.
Our rooms are equipped with High-Definition Audio and Video and are monitored by staff on the premises. This allows for a more natural interaction between parent and child as there are no other people in the room. Staff are available in the next room to jump in for any safety concerns.
After each visit the video recording is submitted to caseworkers and Attorneys involved with family court cases. Our video recordings allow others (judges, attorneys, Social Workers) to see exactly what happens in a visit.
Our first Facility opened in 2021 in the Town of Newport. Our second location opened in the City of Lewiston in May of 2024. Fair Shake plans to open future locations as the need for more supervised visitations is ever increasing.
